Meta Internship Goal

The only PD intern on Event’s Manager Signals Design Team out of 1,500+ applicants. During my internship I was part of the Measurement Signals and Design Team for Meta Event's Manager. I was tasked with the redesign of onsite user-experience education for Events Manager Help Resources. Additionally, with the help of my cross-functional (XFN) partners, I was able to design for/ be involved in all aspects of the product, from ideation, user research, design iterations, error states, and prototypes, to potential phases of experimentation.

Background Research and Acclimation

Scheduled meeting to understand the problem space and learn about summer project setting intentions and values.

Research Phase

We identified our research goals and questions and made the decision to use a survey, usability tests, and conduct a comparative analysis.

Design Phase

Informed by UX requirements defined in the research phase, the team went through iterations of low fidelity through high-fidelity mockups.

Evaluation Phase

Once the final design was ready, the team conducted A/B tests to receive feedback on the original vs new designs.

Final Recommendations

Delivered the high level project presentation on multiple occasions throughout the company, garnering approval from leadership and receiving highly positive feedback, even up to the VP level
