Background Research and Acclimation

The team sat down MProduct Leaders to understand the problem space and learn about our apps intentions and values.

Research Phase

We identified our research goals and questions and made the decision to use a survey, usability tests, and conduct a comparative analysis to understand the needs of current and perspective users.

Design Phase

Informed by UX requirements defined in the research phase, the team went through iterations of low fidelity through high-fidelity mockups.

Evaluation Phase

Once the final design was ready, the team conducted A/B tests to receive feedback on the original vs new design of the Michigan Mentor app

Final Recommendations

The team delivered final design ideas at annual cohort presentations to other cohort members and general members
